This Ignition fits, among others, the following motorcycles:
Kawasaki:
3-cylinder 2-strokes of 750cc, 500cc and 350cc, early 1970s vintage.
Yamaha:
Early 3-cylinder 750cc triples.
Suzuki:
GT750, GT550, GT380 2-stroke triples, early 1970s vintage.

Similar in size and shape to the DUAL POINTS Transistorized Ignition (2"x4"x1"), this Triple Points Transistorized Ignition provides 100% backup for triple-points motorcycles like the Kawasaki 2-stroke triples, Suzuki 2-stroke triples GT380/550/750, and the Yamaha family of 4-stroke triples. Installation consists of mounting the box under the seat area, then unplugging the points from the coils, plugging in this box to the points and coils, and connecting its Black wire to one of the coils' Ignition power wires (it then shares that wire with the coil), and finally connecting the Green Ground wire to the points plate, directly. If the box should ever fail for any reason, you can then unplug the points and coils from it and plug them back together, being back on the road in a minute or two.
