This operation consists of replacing the valve guides and cutting new 3-angle valve seats. Other parts may be replaced as needed. If you wish high-performance parts of some sort, you may specify them or provide them yourself: they will be examined to see if they are of good quality, lest inferior parts be used in this service. If they are poor parts, they will NOT be used.
Typically this port work costs about $250 to $350 plus guides, any valves, springs or hardware, and shipping. The intake valves are also polished in this operation, and the exhaust valves, if needed.
